Safetyglass introduces additional certification

Safetyglass calls in specialised product certification bodies to verify that the products used comply with Safetyglass quality standards, the aim being to ensure customer safety.

One example is anti-explosion test certification. Safetyglass is the only company in Italy whose products and installations have this type of certification, in addition to the manufacturer’s certification.

Modern materials and technology give an important result: the application of suitable safety and security film on glazing of any thickness is sufficient to achieve compliance with UNI standards, meeting the requirements of Italian Law 626 of 19.09.1994.

The minimum thickness of the glass to which  Safetyglass film can be applied is 3 mm. After installation, the company issues one or more certificates guaranteeing the quality of the product used and the work done.

Additional copies of the certificate(s) can be obtained if required.
